Gilles Guillot, new visiting associate professor

Gilles is a statistician and received a master degree in geostatistics in Paris and a PhD in geophysics in Grenoble. He has worked as a researcher at INRA (the French research insitute for life sciences) and at the Centre for Ecological and Evolutionary  Synthesis (CEES) at Oslo University.

He is an Associate Professor at the Applied Mathematics department at DTU since 2009. Gilles focuses on spatial statistics, Bayesian modelling, computational statistical methods and applications in population genetics, ecology and environmental statistics.
