OUR RESEARCH

The centre’s scientists work globally. Our research topics concern the early peopling of the Americas, Late Quaternary megafauna extinctions, human migrations into the Arctic northern extremes as well as climate and environmental changes in the polar regions.

However, we also take a closer look at more local issues like how to use the genetic composition of red and black squirrels in conservation efforts in Denmark.
